Some beds, sofas, sleeping bags on the floor, and camping outside are all offered at my studio in the rolling hills of Landenberg, Pa.  We begin at 10:00 am on Saturday morning and finish around 5:00 pm on Sunday.

Registration is limited (a deposit holds your space) and closes 2 weeks prior to a retreat - please register early

 

During our time together you will be introduced to the ancient ways of the shaman.  Journeying can serve as a powerful support for the many experiences we go through in our lives.  As you follow the heartbeat of the drum, you will learn the techniques to enter the Shamanic state of consciousness to seek guidance, insight and healing from Spirit, your power animals or from the collective consciousness.

Join us as we explore the oldest known healing modality on the planet.

Bring a blanket, journal, your lunch and a frame drum if you have one, if not one will be provided.

Join us as we learn from the great Buffalo being how to truly walk in a place of giveaway.  She teaches us how to be in the flow of sharing with others that with which we have been blessed.  The Buffalo teaches us how to step as elders in the world (regardless of actual age) and how to touch the ones who yearn to know the old ways.  The Buffalo and the Winter time teach us about the little deaths of what no longer serves us so we can step fully into the light that is emerging. We will learn through story, ancient drum rhythms, shamanic journey, guided visualization and simple sacred dance. We learn from the shoulders of the ancient ones.

Those with physical needs will be provided with a bed.  Others may sleep on sofa's or in sleeping bags on the floor.  Please register early as space will fill.

Bring a blanket, journal, a potluck for dinner and a frame drum if you have one, if not one will be provided.

 

 

Come and experience the connection of a circle of like-minded people sitting in the space of healing sounds.  During this Introduction you will learn and experience why the drum and other lovingly created sounds move us to connect deeply with the core of ourselves and the heart of the Earth Mother.  This is an integrative healing practice which moves energetically through all cultures.  All are welcome and newcomers are particularly honored.  If you have a frame drum feel free to bring it, if not loaners are available.
